Let's flow smotth but strong during this 60-minute Slow Flow. Bring your mat, props like blocks, yoga strap, bolster if you want, and a dish to share if you want to hang out after and have some breakfast.
Grass might me a bit wet, so if you want bring and extra layer for your mat and for the potluck, feel free to do so. I will provide coffee, but please bring your mug/cup so we avoid plastic 💙
