Even while in beauty school she knew that she wanted to be an educator and a platform artist for a product company and joined the Eufora Education team in 2009. By 2014 she was making a name for herself as a color placement and precision cutting innovator and went on to win the Eufora Stylist of the Year Award for the Makeover Category at Eufora Global for her stand out hair styling. In addition to being an award-winning stylist, her work has been featured in numerous industry publications and has even graced the cover of The Colorist. In 2019 she was given the opportunity to open Global Connection as a main stage artist with a runway show of her own design and brings that level of precision cutting and color placement innovation to every Academy Course she teaches. Lisa now splits her time between leading her salon team as the Co-Owner/ Creative Director of Cobalt Hair Lab, in Louisville Kentucky, and sharing her knowledge across North America as a National Trainer.
