Grab a cold drink and join us at the front patio of Sophia's Thai Bar & Kitchen in Downtown Davis. This event is open to everyone. No previous experience required. Art, Food & Future is a global initiative to survey the interest in new food technologies such as alternative proteins and cultivated meat. Balletic Foods is a California based company working towards a sustainable food system by combining science and technology to create new sources of animal-free protein.
