Customer service is a high priority View more about our work at www.PeakServices.com Position Summary: - You will start by training under our lead tech and learn how to work with the various processes and methods of bird control, solar panel after care and artificial turf cleaning - The primary work will be cleaning artificial turf, bird control material installation, installing bird guards on solar systems, cleaning bird mess and solar panels - You will work as a member of a two person team to complete the required jobs Responsibilities: - Assess the job and come up with a plan of action - Explain to the customer your finds and explain how we plan to take care of their issue - After the assessment, if booked, service and make sure the customer is satisfied with the completed work - Make sure the equipment used are taken care of and report to management for anything required for upcoming jobs - Upload all notes, photos and any information regarding jobs in our CRM - Driving company work van and trucks to job site and back Requirements: - Clean driving record - Ability to work on roofs - Immaculate attention to details - Excellent communication skills - Team Player - Punctuality - Basic knowledge of working with iPads / iPhones
