We are in search of a skilled maintenance professional to join our awesome team. Our Mulit-Family community consists of 150 apartment homes. This is a busy and varied job. The ideal candidate would have a variety of skills including but not limited to knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Pool and HVAC, both coolers and A/C's. Basically, all around general maintenance. 1 year or more of experience is desirable.
