Join Ecclesia for an evening Summer Camp called-"Treasured"! We will have this outdoor camp for kids ages 4-11, 8/9-8/12! (5:30-7:30PM) Join us for an evening summer camp from 5:30-7:30 PM on Aug.9-12th! All kids ages 4-11 are welcome. Location will be Grover Park - behind McCaffrey's We will have the theme, "Treasured" to remind how much our children are priceless to God. Dinner will also be included! We hope to see you there. Covid-19 Safety Guidelines We are requiring that each of our participants: Allow a daily temperature check upon arrival. Child’s temperature must be100.4 F or lower in order to participate.Wear a face mask at all times when we are not able to maintain distance, and except when eating or drinking.Maintain a safe distance from others at all times.Use the hand sanitizer before participating in craft projects or snack time.Carry their own bottle or cup for drinking water.Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions! BY PURCHASING A TICKET, I agree to each statement above regarding Covid Procedures, and release Ecclesia from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19. I also agree to the following releases: Permission and Medical Release I give permission for my child/children to participate in Ecclesia Camp in Princeton NJ. In case of emergency, I understand that every effort will be made to contact the parents, guardians, or alternate contact of the registered child. In the event that I cannot be reached, I give permission to the physician selected by Ecclesia to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and to order anesthesia or surgery for my child. I understand that I am financially responsible for any expense for medical care or transportation incurred on my child’s behalf. I hereby release Ecclesia, its employees, and volunteers from any responsibility for injuries or illness occurring as a result of or coincidental to my child’s participation in these programs. Photo & Voice Release I hereby grant permission to Ecclesia NJ to use my child’s photo and/or voice recording on their website, multimedia, Facebook page, Ecclesia NJ Facebook group, or in other official organization publications. I also acknowledge that Ecclesia may choose not to use my child’s photo/voice at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. I understand that the names and personal information of my child will not be published with photos or voice recordings.
