Taste through highly awarded Gins from Japan, Israel, and Scotland. Each paired with a curated tonic selected by our in-house mixologist. Hakuto Gin: Hakuto means white rabbit and is also named after a myth from Tottori prefecture where the distillery resides. Japanese botanicals such as Sakura (cherry blossom), Yuzu Citrus, Sansho Pepper, Green Tea, and Nashi Pear (which is a specialty of Tottori prefecture), are used to create a pleasant tasting complexity of botanicals that are very flavorful with a refreshing peppery note. M&H: M&H gin starts the same as their Single Malt series – 100% pure malted barley that’s mashed in-house and distilled in pot still. Then they add a heap of Juniper and botanicals, hand-sourced from Tel Aviv’s spice market: Origanum Syriacum (Za'atar), Lemon Peels, Orange, Chamomile, Lemon Verbena, Cinnamon, and Black Pepper. Herb Garden Gin: The only distillery to have a fully functional botanical garden with over 600 naturally grown and tended verities of herbs and flowers, on land that hasn’t seen pesticides or outside fertilizer in over 50 years. Using all the botanicals grown on their own property, the Secret Garden Distillery Is most renounced for the highly acclaimed collection of The Herb Garden Premium-1OO% natural, handcrafted floral gins.
