Join Coach Val Fleurantin for an Afrokaribe Dance Party! No prior dance experience required! Join us all summer long as we bring lululemon Mall of America’s classes and experiences outdoors! For the month of August, meet us at The Holden Room. These signature experiences will incorporate special guests, live music, giveaways, and much more! Experience all that our Mall of America experiential store has to offer, where you want to be this summer – in the sun. This week (Monday, 8/2), join group fitness instructor Coach Val for an Afrokaribe Dance Party: What you can expect from this experience: Coach Val will have you dancing your way to a healthy body and mind with her contagious energy and moves. Afrokaribe techniques help build a strong body while having fun! This total body workout will include a diversity of dance moves and exercises that are modified to suit a range of abilities, from beginner to advanced. Food and refreshments will be provided. Join the party — you deserve it!!! Coach Val Valerie Fleurantin is a certified group fitness instructor and the founder of VF Health fitness Solutions. VF Health Fitness Solutions is a relentless agent for a future where all families can live full and healthy lives. Since 2014, Valerie has been providing free and donation-based classes to marginalized communities in Minneapolis. She is the creator of Afrokaribe Dance Fitness and a certified Zumba and bootcamp instructor. Valerie is motivated, excited, committed and passionate to help you get fit while having fun!
