 Location: Acorn Self Storage, Brentwood,CA Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team at our premier self-storage facility in Brentwood, CA. Our company is seeking a Service Associate that possesses great customer service skills, sales abilities to sell vacant self-storage units to new customers, as well be able to complete maintenance and janitorial duties on the property *This position will be required to work inside the office and outside on the property.* Schedule:
* Must be able to work weekends. *
 Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday 9:30am-5:30pm, Sunday 10am-5pm *Work schedule subject to change based on the facility's needs* Essential Duties:
 -Must be able to perform the company's sales process
 -Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by providing information about our facility.
 -Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service
 -Provide tenants with move-in assistance
 - Ensure property, self-storage units, and grounds are cleaned and maintained.
 -Fix minor repairs and perform unit lock checks. Travel:
 -Travel locally to make bank deposits, purchase office, or other property supplies.
 -Drive the Move-In Truck to the service station for gas or an oil change
 -Drive to the hardware store for property repair or maintenance items.
 -Attend meetings off-site for the company training. Physical Demands:
 -The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30+ pounds.
 License:
 -Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license. Benefits:
