Witnesses to my car accident on 6/28/21

I was involved in a vehicle accident on Monday June 28th 2021 just East of Redwood Rd. On 580 Freeway. Time was approx. 11:40 pm. There were 2 people who helped me and were there when the CHP arrived. My police report does not mention either one. A phone call was made by one of there cell phones to my friend. I spoke using this phone and when I called the person asking what he witnessed he said he was not at the accident and let someone else use his phone. He said he didn't know the person's phone # who used his phone but the name he gave me was MICHAEL THOMPSON. This is the same name as the CHP officer who did my report. If anyone seen anything or has any advice on what to do... let me know. The accident happened with a Tow company DOUBLE AA TOWING and I dispute the report. The listed # for this business hangs up after first ring.
