Divorced older lady seeking a roommate for a large brick house.  You would have a large bedroom with walk-in closet; private full bathroom with tub and shower; formal living room, very large.  Full furnished with nice furniture.  Dish throughout home. Share the kitchen.  No pool but have fenced back yard and porch.  Flower gardens.  $850 includes utilities. No drama, smoking. Want very clean person.  One person only, preferably on Social Security or other guaranteed income. References required.
