We are hiring experienced Tour Boat Captains to operate our 5-boat fleet in North Idaho. We offer year-round cruises including Daily Scenic Cruises, Sunday Brunch Cruises, Sunset Dinner Cruises, Bands on Boats Concert Tickets, Journey to the North Pole Christmas Cruises, Wedding Cruises, Eagle Watching Cruises & MORE! Reports to: General Manager Location: 115 S 2nd Street, Coeur d'Alene ID 83814 Compensation: Starting at $26 per hour + tips Essential Functions: We are hiring experienced tour boat captains holding credentials required to operate on inland waters. This Captain is responsible for creating a memorable experience on the lake for our guests. It is imperative that the Captain possess necessary skills to operate vessels and safety equipment. Captains are also the on board supervisor responsible for assuring all crew are providing exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a clean and safe ship. Our fleet runs all year. Our company offers medical benefits and 401K options. We do not have overnight accommodations on board.
