Job Description: We are a well-established 80 acre secured community looking for full-time Maintenance Technicians to join our staff. As a Maintenance Tech, you will have the ultimate responsibility of the overall upkeep and maintenance of the community. You will work closely with the other techs in the maintenance department and report directly to the General Manager. Basic Requirements: Self-Motivated with ability to take directions and work unsupervised Valid Driver's License Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer skills and ability to use phone apps Ability to use power tools and equipment Ability to work on ladders for an extended period Ability to lift at least 50+ lbs Availability to work on weekends Being safe and always thinking safely. Having a safety first attitude Job Responsibilities: Responsible for working on work orders provided by the management team Garbage pickup around the community General upkeep and maintenance of the property Maintaining curb appeal of the community to ensure resident satisfaction Executing basic repairs which include but not limited to: Pressure washing, painting, drywall/flooring repairs, blowing, hardware repair and replacement. Assisting management with any special projects Skills and Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions and complete jobs in a timely manner General property maintenance experience Highly responsible and reliable Able to work in teams or alone for extended periods Attention to detail Previous experience in property management maintenance, HOA, or related industry preferred.
