Vinyasa Flow for Beginners - Morning Flow - Theme: Build strength in hips & shoulders Work with 200 RYT instructor and Certified Personal trainer, Julie Brown, as she helps you with a strong practice themed to build strength and mobility in hips and shoulders. Reservations are required. Since two must register to have class: If two do not register, a refund will be issued to the one registered, minus the Eventbrite fee. Thank you. No refund for late/no show.No restroom on site. These events are geared towards health and fitness for a SUPPORTIVE community seeking wellness and wishing to transcend above the negative overstimulation from a noisy society. We seek health, wellness, peace, and a positive body image for good mental health together.
