Flex On-Demand Bus Service Returning To Rockville, Wheaton Sunday

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — Nineteen Ride-On bus routes will change this Sunday to increase frequency, the Montgomery County Department of Transportation said. Flex On-Demand bus service — on which riders can call for a bus within a certain zone to get a ride — will return Sunday in Rockville and the Wheaton/Glenmont area. "Ride On planners have monitored ridership data and on-time performance feedback to identify routes that could achieve more efficiency with schedule updates," said MCDOT in the announcement.
