Looking for ladies 18 to 21 for work passing out flyers

I am starting a new charity and for now I'm going to need 4 ladies 10 to 21 years old and no kids to distract work, passing out flyers and holding up an advertise sign. This may lead to also working up in Atlanta a for a week or more and then going to work in New York city uptown or down town area.
