Urgent need for RBS-certified bartender!!

Hi, I am looking on behalf of a friend who needs a bartender for tomorrow (7/17). Friend was unaware that venue requires a bartender who is RBS Certified (new state certification - not official until next year, but venue still requiring it). Urgent need!!!! Hope someone can help, or know of someone who can. Thank you!!
