MORRISTOWN, NJ — Police advised drivers to avoid the southbound lanes on South Street in Morristown due to utility construction on Friday morning. The stretch of road affected spans from Morristown Green to Dehart Street, officials said. A detour was put in place and is expected to last until around 1 p.m.
