Looking to relocate my family

My kids and I are looking to relocate from Humboldt County to Mendecino County. My landlady has decided to sell the house and we are looking for warmer weather and to be closer to the city. We really enjoy Ukiah but anywhere in the county we will consider. I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom. My son will be moving on his own soon so a 2 bedroom would be suitable. I am self employed with my own catering business. My income is about $3500 a month. I have great references. My credit score recently dropped during covid but I’m working on it. Please if you have a place available or any suggestions we would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
