Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 07/16/2021 3:34 AM 7/15/21 2021-1930, Criminal Damage to Property: On 7/15/21 at 7:19 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 5000 block of Reservation Road, Oswego Township for a report of criminal damage to property.  The incident is under investigation. 2021-1930, Criminal Damage to Property: 2021-1932, Harassment through Electronic Communications: On 7/15/21 at 9:18 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to 5400 block of Route 34, Bristol Township for a report of harassment through electronic communications.  The incident is under investigation. 2021-1946, Identity Theft:  On 7/15/21 at 5:56 p.m., sheriff's deputies took a report of identity theft which occurred in the 0 to 30 block of Burton Street, Fox Township.  The incident is under investigation. 2021-1947, Warrant Arrest:  On 7/15/21 at 7:37 p.m., sheriff's deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Saugatuck Road and Wembley Road, Oswego Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Alexander J. Moreno, a 31-year-old male from the 300 block of South LaSalle Street in Aurora was taken into custody for a failure to appear warrant out of Kendall County for leaving the scene of an accident.  Bond was $2,000 with 10% to apply.  Moreno was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-1948, Criminal Trespass to Property/Criminal Damage To Property:  On 7/15/21 at 7:47 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to 20 block of Winrock Road, Oswego Township for a report of criminal trespass to property and criminal damage to property.  The incident is under investigation.  2021-1951, Warrant Arrest:  On 7/16/21 at 12:29 a.m., sheriff's deputies arrested Jeremiah Reichardt, a 45-year-old male from the 0 to 50 block of Afton Drive, Oswego Township for a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for resisting arrest, bond was set at $3,000 with 10% to apply.  Reichardt had a second warrant from Kane County for Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer.  Bond on the warrant was $10,000 with 10% to apply.  Reichardt was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.  The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
