Job description Harvest Moon is a company that services the cannabis and hemp industry, we create strong teams that stick together to move from farm to farm to help them with their labor and trimming needs. Must have a reliable vehicle, be flexible and be willing to work at different farms in and around the Rogue Valley. OLCC LICENSE IS REQUIRED. We can help you obtain the license if necessary. Harvest Moon is looking for: Trimmers; Musts: Have a reliable vehicle Be dependable Have a great attitude even work is hard Be able to trim at least 1.5 lbs a day **ALSO** Outdoor Laborers; The job includes irrigation set-up, planting, pruning, placing trellis, and harvesting at cannabis and hemp farms. Musts: Have a reliable vehicle be dependable Have a great attitude even work is hard Have the ability to work in the sun and the heat all-day Have the ability to be on your feet all-day Be in good physical shape Must have experience working in cannabis, hemp, landscaping, and/or construction 2 years experience with references ---- **Harvest Moon is ALSO looking for: 1-2 people for leadership positions A leader of Harvest Moon has the responsibility of: Their entire crew (2-15 people) Be able to follow detailed directions from the farm and pass it onto their crew. Making sure everyone is on task and understands what needs to be done Making sure everyone stays motivated Providing nothing but excellence to the task at hand Communicate daily updates to a Harvest Moon representative. Help scale the projects to better serve your crew and the farm on which you are working. Experience requirements: 2 years in a leadership or management position with references.
