CONCORD, NH — Paul Stavri Noyes, 26, of Chichester was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on July 5, 2021, on a warrant after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street. Parker Hall Workman, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on July 2 on possession of a controlled drug, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street. Haley Campbell Seidensticker, 34, of Pembroke was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on July 1 on a bench warrant as well as a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Manchester Street. Mark Edward McAlpine, born 1974, of Concord was arrested at 9:48 a.m. on June 29 on a bench warrant.He was arrested at the Concord District Court on Clinton Street. Brianna Nicole Renaud, 21, of Concord was cited at 7:30 p.m. on June 28 on a bench warrant after an incident on Harrison Street. McKenzie Drew Sporleder, 26, of Concord was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on June 28 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Green Street. He was arrested again at 4:15 p.m. on June 30 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident on Green Street. Jesse M. Murenzi, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on June 27 after an incident on Pine Street. Jonathan Michael McCarthy, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on June 26 on a warrant and a breach of bail charge. He was also charged with two counts of second-degree assault-strangulation, two counts of simple assault, and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault after an incident in the cornfield homeless camp off Loudon Road. Patrick Stephen Walsh, 61, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on June 23 on simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and breach of bail charges. Officers were sent to Sal's Pizza on Storrs Street for a report of a shirtless man yelling profanely at others in the area. The first arriving officer encountered Walsh, who he knew from previous contacts, near Burlington Coat Factory, and accused him of being "immediately and unreasonably belligerent, consistent with past experiences." Another officer requested he take a breath test and accused Walsh of blowing a 0.163. He was asked if there was someone who could take custody of him, and became even more belligerent and denied needing help, an affidavit stated. Officers made the decision to take him into personal custody, cuffed him, and when they attempted to move him to a police cruiser, Walsh elbowed the reporting officer in the abdomen, the report said. After getting him into the cruiser, he was taken directly to county. Leroy Boynton, born 1967, of Belmont was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on June 23 on a warrant after an incident on Horseshoe Pond Lane. Dakota A. Banfill, born 1995, of Pembroke received a summons at 11:20 a.m. on June 13 on a bench warrant after an incident at Concord Hospital. Richard Cybenko, 36, of Manchester was arrested at 10:36 a.m. on June 11 on an unauthorized use; rental property-$1,500+ charge after an incident at Seacoast Scaffolding on Sheep Davis Road. Kord Ryan Ball, 30, of Edwards Street in Laconia was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on April 18 on a criminal mischief charge. Officers were sent to Stone Street for a past tense domestic where a woman accused a man of kicking a door and damaging it. The man, later identified as Ball, was leaving the area, the report said. An officer inspected the door, which had "apparent" damage while another officer stopped Ball in his pickup truck. The woman stated the pair got into an argument in Laconia earlier and she decided to head home to Concord. During that time, she received angry texts from him, the affidavit stated, and he came to their home later and damaged the door when she did not want to talk. Other officers interviewed Ball and accused him of denying he was at the home but arrested him. After he was arrested, Ball said, "You can't be arrested for damaging your own property," according to the affidavit. During booking, while speaking with a relative, the officer accused Ball of saying, "She's telling the cops about all of the things that I did and trying to hold me accountable for that." He was held without bail. Timothy B. Lazenby, 55, of Concord was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on April 17 on a felony sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charge after an incident on Pleasant Street. He is a sex offender due to a rape conviction out of Franklin from November 2007. According to superior court records, he pleaded guilty to the same charge on Jan. 21 after an incident in Concord from May 2020. Lazenby is due back in court on Sept. 24 for a dispositional conference.
