Music teaching space sharing?

Hi! I'm Ida. I've been teaching piano over zoom and outside on my porch (with a portable digital piano- I lug it outside each day) over this last year to about 15 students a week. Now that the pandemic is (hopefully!) subsiding, I'm looking for a place for my piano studio. I really only need 3 afternoons a week of space...Tues, Wed, Thurs perhaps? Though I'm flexible on the days. It needs to be in Ashland as that's where my students are. Would anyone have space they would like to rent for that time? I can pay up to $200/month for 3 afternoons of space. Another alternative- if you are in a similar situation to me...looks like there are small office rentals around for about $400-500/month. Anyone want to split a space with me?Or dreaming big... if we get a few of us...could even rent out a space with a couple of smaller teaching offices and a bigger area for group music activities...Could be fun to get a little music learning community going as well as save on studio rental costs! Give me a shout!
