Press release from City of Fremont: July 15, 2021 The Centerville Complete Streets Pilot Project will repave streets and enhance safety and mobility for drivers, pedestrians, bicyclists, school children, and businesses. To test the project, the City is currently implementing a demonstration on Fremont Boulevard from Thornton Avenue to Parish Avenue to reduce the number of travel lanes and create more outdoor gathering and dining spaces.
