Description

-Responsible for acquiring the resources for execution of all projects to include the number of trucks, dates, times manpower and equipment. -Meet in advance with assigned supervisor for the project to convey the tangible aspects for a flawless installation in accordance with the customers desires and associated logistics situation. -Conduct site verifications and coordinate with other trades/ general contractors as necessary. -Responsible for the number of resources given to a project, the profitability of the project, the quality of work. -Responsible for ensuring all job materials and labor costs are tallied shortly after a project or project phase has concluded to report the level of success of that aspect of the project. -Responsible for providing estimates for assigned sales account representatives,scheduling of projects on the installation calendar and updating that calendar in a timely manner as circumstances develop and / or change.
