Green Thumb Industries in Centreville, MD is hiring for the following roles: - Packaging Tech (putting finished goods into packages, labeling, sorting, inventory) - Production Lab Tech (making all non-flower items like vape cartridges, edibles, topicals, etc.) - Grow Tech (assist with veg & flower cycles of the plant) - Outdoor Cultivation Tech (tend to 1-acre outdoor grow) - Warehouse Specialist (75% admin, 25% labor - support warehouse with supply orders, inventory maintenance, spreadsheet creation & maintenance, compliance audits, and some physical warehouse work) All roles start at $15, with a 90-day boost to $15.50, then a 1-year boost to $17.
