Looking for a unique combination of talent; someone who has tools such as a drill, circular saw, nail gun, the ability to lift 60 lbs - If you don't have the tools I can loan from my collection. Light plumbing; install - toilet, faucet, hook up dishwasher, washer, dryer, Light electrical; move outlets including drilling through walls with drill paddle, running Romex, wiring up outlets and installing switch plates. Carpentry; Light framing - basically installing sister studs for moving outlets. (if you have more skills in any department am willing to offer additional work on hard bid) Carpentry; Finish - install baseboards, install recessed bookcase etc. Looking for happy person who would enjoy a lot of variety on the job & become like family. Small happy team with trades like painting and drywall already assigned. Happy to hire a moonlighting Electrician or Plumber... can surely make evening and weekend hours work. Hours for handyman/houseman Monday 9 - 3 and Thursday 9-3; some variation in hours can be accommodated. Company vehicle provided for work hours or TRACKED gas/vehicle allowance per mile of $.50 Most jobs are under 10 miles of office, one property about 15 miles from office. Pay starts at $30 per hour dependant on skill level - strongly encourage older persons with great skills to apply!
