Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 07/10/2021 211910831 Preliminary Information: On 7/10/21, around 11: 20 am, officers responded to a residential burglary at the location of 1233 Swims Valley Dr. NW. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who stated her home was burglarized. The victim further stated three high-end purses were stolen from her home and her rear door appeared to be tampered with. Based on surveillance officers were able to observe, preliminary investigation indicates a male suspect wearing gloves appeared to be casing the victim's home and adjoining houses shortly before the incident occurred. Officers on scene were able to successfully lift 7 fingerprints from the crime scene to submit as evidence.
