Searching Brussel griffon or Powderpuff puppy

I'm looking for myself a Brussel Griffon (or Powderpuff ) puppy pure or mix, not older then 12 weeks old. Im only interested in buying from family where parents kept as loving pets and family members. I will NOT buy from large breeders or puppy mills or by shipping from someone I never met. Location doesn't matter, I'll drive or fly myself to pick my puppy. Also if I find responsible loving family with Brussels I will wait for up to a year to get my puppy.
