Former President Donald Trump on Sunday expressed optimism that his legal action against social media companies will be a victory for the Constitution. I think he is after his loyal followers donations to the new website for lawsuit! “They are immune so many different things, but they're not immune from the lawsuit,” he said of Silicon Valley during a conspiracy-laden interview on “Sunday Morning Futures With Maria Bartiromo” on the Fox News Channel. “What they have done is such a violation of the Constitution,” he said, “a violation like we've never seen before. They take me down, they take all conservative voices down or most of them. They find them and they take them down. It's a disgrace.” The former president filed a series of class-action lawsuits Wednesday accusing leading social media companies of illegally censoring him. But since they are privately owned and not the government he cannont win. Experts in free-speech law have expressed skepticism that Trump’s legal actions will succeed under current law, a notion Trump rejected. "A lot of legal scholars are saying it’s about time," he said. I don't think he will sit for a deposition which would be a requirement for his lawsuit; they could ask why he waited so many hours to call the National Guard or a host of other questions... all of which would have to be answered. He won't follow thru, he wants your $$$$.... he's a taker, all you Trumptards that donate are givers... I'm not a sucker, I will return to the GOP when it comes to it's senses. Anyone that thinks he is not after the donations has been drinking to kool aid a bit too long, I'll bet you $$$ it doesn't happen... saw John Dean, Nixon's counsel, say he would pay money to depose Trump. He would fold under the stress, heck he already is folding... and it's fun to watch.
