Do you know and trust someone close or in to Albany, NY (maybe even yourself)? I'm looking to rescue a dog but the shelter she is at will not adopt to residents outside the Capital District (I'm in Montreal, Quebec). The shelter says I sound like a wonderful match for the pup, but unfortunately as long as the border is closed, they cannot adopt into Canada. I need someone's help to get her on a flight from ALB to YUL!
