Need help with stray mama cat&kittens

There's at least 2 stray mama cats in my neighborhood that keeps having babies!!! Im trying to trap neuter release the mama's but one of them just had another litter. There are a lot of stray dogs in the area also and i don't want them to hurt the kittens. Not to mention how hot it is outside. Where mama cat has her kittens is right next to my neighbors fence and there's 2 huge dogs there. Im looking for someone to help. I need someone willing to take mama & kittens. Please if anyone can help or can guide me in the direction of someone who can help. Local animal shelters aren't always helpful... Email me only for serious inquiries
