Landscape maintenance sub contractors

Hello We have maintenance accounts we are looking to sub out to professional or semi professional people, so that our company can focus on design work. Part of the sub contract is having your own tools and vehicle, as well as a business license If you do not have your own business license, we will help you get one. Please email your experience, skills, what you're willing to do and where you're willing to work. Please also let us know what tools and vehicles you have. Some of our accounts are SUPER basic. Some are highly complex horticulturally, so if you don't know plants, it won't work for you to take on those accounts. Please let us know if you have used any project management software, and if so, which one. We will be communicating with you via that, when we are unable to do a walk through. Most accounts are every 2-4 weeks for half to full day. We pay weekly, DOE which contract and your skill set. Typical is $25-30/hour, plus bonuses for following through on your end of the contract, plus bonuses if you find us design leads. Thank you, Quantum Maintenance team
