Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to help with multi-location rebranding projects and other interior/exterior sign projects. Job description: > Must have good communication skills with some knowledge of the sign industry. > Coordinate and execute signage projects in order to meet or exceed customer's expectations which includes, but not limited to managing activities and resources of estimating, engineering, drafting, manufacturing, delivery and installation. > Ideally have the knowledge of and ability to read plans & specifications, work with subcontractors, purchase orders, submittals, corporate brand standards, and other project-related documents. > Create and manage change orders and purchase orders. > Coordinate with our installation manager to ensure timely installation of projects while keeping clients informed of scheduling. > Develop and maintain positive client relationships in order to achieve an open line of communication while learning how we may better serve them. > Resolving issues and solving problems that arise throughout the duration of the project to mitigate risk > Coordinating required sign permits from cities and counties as needed. > Identifying and developing solutions for process improvement. > Performing any other tasks if requested in order to support our team.
