Starting Rate $15 - $25 an hour Job Type Full-time/Part-time Qualifications • 1-3 Years Construction Experience • Driver's License (Required) • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Full Job Description Construction Worker/Laborer - Trabajador de construcción/Obrero Job Description: Basic Commercial Property repairs, Tenant Improvements, Remodeling HANSOLO Building Services is a small Commercial/Industrial Repair and Tenant Improvement Contractor looking for hard working individuals who are interested in learning a trade and beginning or continuing a career in construction performing various construction tasks which include plumbing, electrical, Framing (wood and metal), drywall, doors/windows, masonry, concrete repairs and demolition work. Requirements: • Your own transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean record (If you are driving our vehicles) • A basic understanding of construction and the ability to follow instructions while learning • Ability to adapt and learn, take instruction and apply to the project. • Ability to read and understand Blueprints helpful. • Knowledge of using various Construction Tools safely and correctly • Must be authorized to work in the USA - Bi-lingual is a plus • Able to pass random drug tests Service area: Greater Los Angeles area within a radius of 50 miles from Downtown LA STARTING pay ranges from $15.00-25.00 per hour. Performance reviews are conducted on a regular basis to adjust pay accordingly. Individuals with experience will be starting within the “starting” pay range listed above and will then be reviewed within 30 working days to determine pay from there.
