Ink Head Prints Printing Assistant Position - Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Wash/Reclaim Screens • Unloading/Loading shirts on automatic machine • Prep screens as needed for single & multi-color production • Set-up screens as needed for maximum efficiency & productivity • Mix & prep inks per job specifications • Prep garments &/or merchandise for Screen Printers • Assist Screen Printers, Production Manager & General Manager as needed • Assist with sticker machines and production • Bi-weekly maintenance of machines & equipment • Reports to Printing Manager Skills: • Knowledge of basic math • Excellent communication skills • Well organized, maintaining a clean working environment • Self-motivated with great problem solving skills • Team player, must work well with others • Speak Spanish Compensation: • DOE - Depends on Experience • 32-40 hours/ week • Employee Discounts
