Auburn Collision Center at Auburn Toyota is looking for a team player to join us as a parts professional. We are a small, family run organization in the foothills of Auburn. You will enjoy a nice pace and a true team environment. Our front counter team is responsible for providing outstanding Toyota products and accessories in a customer service focused environment while building a base of loyal customers who come back to buy again and again. You are responsible for supplying the correct parts to customers.
Qualifications
• No experience necessary!
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet company's production standards.
• Willingness to work hard.
What will you do?
• Order parts
• Receive parts deliveries
• Review parts for damage
• Manage invoices
• Post invoices
• Organize parts area
• Deliver parts to techs as necessary
• Communicate with estimators

Job Expectations
• Be part of Collision Center team.
• Become proficient with any computer systems necessary for parts and accessories sales.
• Provide high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Keep area clean and organized.
• Participate in Toyota and company training.
• Be reliable and punctual.
