Our Employee Benefits Package shows how much we value our team. • Competitive pay • Health, Dental and Vision Plans • Paid Time Off/Holiday Pay • Educational Assistance • Profit Sharing after one year of experience • IRA Plan with Company contribution after one year of service Location: Gold River, California Status: Non-Exempt, Full-time Schedule: Monday – Friday Compensation: $17-24 per hour/ $34-48 for on-call emergency service work (double time) Primary responsibilities may include the following: • Using Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, wind and mold restoration projects • Estimating and managing emergency services projects • Responding to property damage emergency calls • Negotiating restoration services and insurance claims settlements • Planning, organizing and managing crews and subcontractors • Establishing and maintaining client relationships • Attending all appropriate company meeting and company sponsored training sessions Minimum requirements for consideration for this role are: • 3 - 5 years emergency restoration (Fire, Water, Smoke, Mold) experience required • IICRC Certification • Background Check required • Valid CA Driver's License and fairly clean driving record required • Ability to work both independently and as a team • Excellent communication skills • Good time management skills • Ability in problem-solving • Strong sense of urgency • High School Diploma or equivalent With the highest quality standards and a commitment to excellence, Five Star Restoration & Construction provides emergency mitigation and re-construction services throughout the Fairfield, Sacramento and surrounding areas, delivering award-winning, innovative solutions, and outstanding service to our customers and insurance providers.
