Hey there, I'm just looking to expand my portfolio and put more artwork up in the city. You must pay for the materials needed, and 420 if it's allowed. I'm really just looking to paint to have more content for my social media, so if everything is easy you can get free artwork, (concept, space, time needed) if the wall is HUGE I need a small donation... but get some art now while I'm willing to be worked for the minimal !
