Hi there,
I'm looking to hire someone that enjoys speaking and event planning or coordinating. I have an event planned for August 15th at a very nice historic mansion. Most of this event is already planned but we need help with the logistics, like setting up chairs, working with the A/V company, ushing people in, and getting the event going as the MC who will also introduce the speaker(s).
So far we have one confirmed speaker, the founder and we may get another but we should be able to easily segway into a quick Q/A round for 5 - 15 minutes at the end, and then do an easy hand-off at some point to the other company that is sharing the venue with us.
We're looking for:
-Experience with public speaking (Audience size ~50-100)
-1+ years of event coordinating experience
-Flexible with hours and easy to work with by phone
