STOLEN BIKE - 14th and Coal SW-Specialized Expidition

Someone stole my Specialized Expedition this morning :( The bike was locked to itself but not to something else. I'm pretty sure I know who stole it. In this neighborhood, a guy on a bike with a small trailer goes thru all the dumpsters looking for stuff. Like every day. I saw him today just out of view, heard him, then paid no attention after. BUT I heard something immediately too after he was out of sight - but paid it no mind. He didn't come by the same way he came from, he went down an alley. He could have easily placed my bike on his little trailer and high tailed it. I'm on the corner of 14th and Coal SW. He works this area. Please keep an eye for him. He's white, dirty blond hair, 30-40. Please pass along any info should you see him or my bike, or know where this person may live. Thank you!
