Description

Learn to preserve fruits and vegetables. At this class we will be teaching hot water bath canning. We will can peaches & tomatoes. This same method is used for canning applesauce, berries, pears, apples, salsa, jams/jellies, etc. The equipment used is just a canner & jars. We will begin at 10:00 am. The class is on farm, about half hour east of Harrison. Cost is $125 per student. Lunch will be provided. For questions & registration, call or text Char.
