TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION, go to Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village is looking for an experienced floor care technician to clean carpet and hard surface floors in our commercial, common and residential spaces. This is a full time position. Job Requirements: • Must have knowledge of basic floor care duties and responsibilities. • Must have knowledge of and be able to operate floor care equipment such as an automatic scrubber, buffer, shampoo machine, extractor, wet vacuum, and vacuum including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to be patient, tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, staff members, and the general public. • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent • Ability to read and write English in order to follow and give oral and written instructions • Must be 18 years of age • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Our full-time employees have a choice of two health plans, a vision plan, dental coverage, a 401K with employer contributions, an employee rewards program, a discounted meal program and access to our fitness rooms.
