Empty House repair before selling. Needs new carpet, needs a lot of painting, and the kitchen counter top needs to be replace with low cost options. Other upgrades and repair may be added later. The house size is 1480 sqft. Back deck may be painted as well. Storm door needs replacement as well. Need estimate and time job will be completed. I am on a time schedule and need work done ASAP. I am taken bids starting July 17, 2021 evening up into Tuesday afternoon on the 20th.
