Description

The Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and the Support Department. The ability to perform varied functions is important for this position. * Provides backup and fills in for support roles as needed, Assures proper operation/maintenance of the Automated Scheduling system., Orders and maintains the inventory of general office supplies for the agency, Orders and maintains accurate records of the agency printing order and the stock on hand, i.e., business cards, letterhead, envelopes, etc., Issues and maintains accurate records for the agency mobile phones and beepers, Issues and maintains accurate records for the agency staff parking, Takes minutes at the Safety Committee's quarterly meeting, Performs special projects as requested by the Operations Manager, Prepares and distributes a monthly meeting calendar. Attends staff meetings as required, Assembly of office furniture, Performs other duties as required. High school diploma required. Please visit to apply
