We are a property management company located in Tyson’s Corner in search of a full-time Groundskeeper-Handyman. We own/manage commercial office, retail, and residential properties in Prince William, Fairfax, and Loudoun Counties. Responsibilities: • General maintenance and housekeeping of indoor and outdoor common areas, including restrooms, hallways, lobby, roof, and parking lot/grounds • Treat/clean parking lots and sidewalks during snow & ice • Landscaping duties (cut grass, spread fertilizer, mulch) • Repair/replacement of electrical or plumbing fixtures • Repair/painting of drywall • Roof repairs/painting • Changing air filters of HVAC units • Tenant buildouts (demo/installation of electrical and plumbing (copper and PVC) lines, carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, ductwork, and hardware installation) Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED equivalency certificate • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record • Clean background check with no criminal record • Reliable Transportation (company vehicle provided) • Must have experience with drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, and general construction and maintenance, or be able to learn on the job • Skills in the use of hand and power tools • Strong organizational and time management skills • Must be fluent in English. Ability to speak Spanish preferred. • Ability to work independently and take direction along with being self-motivated and having strong attention to detail Compensation: • Paid vacation and sick leave • Company paid holidays • Group Medical Coverage (50%)
