Job Title Quick Launch Valet Job Summary The Quick Launch Valet Team heads up the day-to-day operations of our Quick Launch Program. This state-of-the-art Marine Valet Program launches boats and pulls boats out of the water for our customers. Reports to: Blackwell Island Marina Manager Office Location Hagadone Marine Group (1000 S Marina Dr, Coeur d'Alene ID 83814) Hours and Compensation Hours: 5-6 days a week (weekends included) Compensation: Starting at $16 per hour Job Requirements Launching boats for customers on-demand for our Quick Launch Program Setting up boats in the water for customers to use, moving from launch to dock Experience with driving a tractor (preferred, but not required) Experience with launching boats on trailers into the water (preferred, but not required) Experience with driving boats (required) Basic Mechanical Aptitude Ideal Attention to detail & pride in personal grooming Able to lift 50 lbs Able to work a variety of shifts, which include weekends, nights, days, and holidays. Able to walk and stand on your feet 8 to 10 hours at a time. Able to walk on tile, carpet, and up and down stairs. APPLY NOW:
