We are looking for reliable maintenance and make ready people to service our rentals. If you have light electrical/plumbing/make ready skills please contact us for more information. Type of Job: •Maintenance (rental properties) Job Responsibilities: • Analyzes work to be done, determines required job materials and requisitions as necessary. • Performs mechanical repairs and adjustments on plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, masonry work, painting, HVAC, landscaping, fencing, roofing, and interior: drywall, etc. as required to keep the properties in good repair. • Maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, security and HVAC systems as required. • Works from work requests, and verbal instructions. • Performs additional duties as required. Job Requirements: • Must be capable of working with minimal oversight, but willing to follow directions closely, and complete the job in a timely manner. • Must have own tools. • Must have residential construction industry experience and access to reliable transportation. Our Company: • This is not a lead service. There are no fees associated with taking our work. • We are NOT looking for someone to "sell" when on site. We send you to get the work done. • We pay for all materials. • This is a 1099 contractor position. • We operate off an app for assigning work orders and uploading before/after pictures.s
