We are looking for a full-time, experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to run our crusher. This is a GREAT place to work and a stable, growing company. Pay: $23-$28 depending on experience $1,000 signing bonus after 1 year Who we are: All Demolition is one of the leading contractors for home demolition and basement digging in Denver. We also have an incredibly popular landscape materials yard with a steady stream of customers buying gravel, soil, and mulch. We have fun, treat our customers well, and work together as a team. What you’ll do: We recycle concrete and asphalt for our customers. They dump loads of busted up concrete and asphalt and we crush it up to re-sell as gravel and road base. We can hardly make the material fast enough we have so much demand! Your job is to be our chief aggregate recycler. You’ll work in the excavator to load and run the crushing machines (you’ll work in a team). You’ll make sure the product quality is good and solve any problems you see with our foreman. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining the equipment (along with the help of our full-time mechanics) to keep it in good repair and running properly. People want our product so badly; you’ll be one of the most popular people at our company!
