Found dog

I found a gray looks like a pitbull a very very beautiful dog except for he needs medical attention and I don't know he just kind of like stuck around after I fed him and gave him some water if anybody knows anything he has large skin irritations I'd imagine he needs help though man very very polite good with everybody I just saw him wandering in the street and called him over to my house and so he wouldn't get hit by traffic if anybody knows anything please let me know I'll leave my number and address
